By creating an account, accessing, or using KREATIVO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to actors, producers, directors, gaffers, and other related roles in the film industry.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

• KREATIVO offers a 7-day free trial, but users must enter their credit card payment details to access it.
• After the trial, all users must subscribe to continue using the platform.
• Subscription pricing:
  • Monthly: $10 per month
  • Quarterly: $9 per month
  • Every 6 months: $9 per month
  • Yearly: $8.33 per month
• VIP Subscription:
  • Includes access to the desktop version with additional tools.
  • Users must consult a lawyer for legal matters.
  • VIP Pricing:
    • Monthly: $12 per month
    • Quarterly or every 6 months: $10 per month
    • Yearly: $9.17 per month
• Subscription fees are billed accordingly and are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.

4. User Conduct

• Do not violate any laws or regulations.
• Do not post or share harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not use automated means to access the platform without authorization.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to KREATIVO are owned by Alex Hugo Films LLC.
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant KREATIVO a non-exclusive license for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized reproduction or modification of KREATIVO’s content is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• KREATIVO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or interruptions.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your data. By using KREATIVO, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in New York, USA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KREATIVO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
